102. TEDx: Our Scheduled Talk That Didn’t Happen

In today’s episode we’ll be talking about the TEDx talk we were scheduled to give and that didn’t happen.

Today we discuss:

  • Our mutual excitement about the opportunity to give a TEDx talk, something we both had been wanting to do for some time
  • The challenge of presenting our re-wilding message in 12 minutes
  • The moment we separately realized this wasn’t working because of the essence of the wild woman archetype and it’s inherent fight against being put in a box that was 12 minutes long
  • How our bodies separately started having physical symptoms that were symbolic to both of us about the importance of surrender
  • The PRAYING MANTIS!
  • The actual TEDx Talk  – presented here on this WILD platform instead of the TEDx stage
